The List Publishing
Inktop is a boutique sales training, consultancy and outsourced sales agency, specialising in the media, membership and charity sectors.
The business was founded in 2019 and Inktop has helped over 80 publishers and membership organisations and trained hundreds of sales professionals.
We have sold +£1million in revenue and helped shaped many publishing strategies.
Most of our clients are based in the UK and range from small businesses, through to multi-national organisations with large sales teams.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Inktop was founded in 2019 by Helen Coston.
After years of working in various sales, marketing and business development roles within the publishing and membership sectors, she realised there was a gap in the market for a boutique agency that could consult and train, as well as handle sales.
As a teenager Helen worked in the bar of a luxury hotel to earn some extra money. On one of her first shifts she met a couple looking round the hotel, prospectively looking to book their wedding there, and sold them a wedding package (despite knowing very little about the hotel, the price or the actual package!)
Helen pursued a career in sales and business development, selling across many titles and working with several leading membership organisations, before founding Inktop in 2019. She is also a qualified coach via the Institute of Leadership.
