This course focuses on covering the essentials skills and techniques needed for a sales role.

This course will help delegates learn a tried and tested approach to sales and will develop key skills needed to sell over the phone, through email an in meetings. Delegate will learn tried and tested techniques that they can implement into their approach straight away.
